“Turned back into the Nots” Skip Bayless destroys Kevin Durant, Nets after brutal loss against Sacramento Kings
Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and Skip Bayless
Skip Bayless is all over the NBA headlines as he recently fired a shot against his favorite player, Kevin Durant’s team, Brooklyn Nets. But this time he has a sensible take and his criticism for the Nets and Kevin Durant is fair and understandable. As the team is terrible right now and recently registered an ugly blowout loss against the Kings. This gave Skip Bayless an opportunity and the analyst like always didn’t miss.
The Sacramento Kings recently hosted the Kevin Durant led Brooklyn Nets at Golden 1 Center. And, handed out the New York-based team an embarrassing loss as the final box score stands at 121-153. The Nets really allowed the Kings to drop 150+ points on their heads and were even limited on the offensive end against them. So Skip Bayless showing any mercy for the already struggling team isn’t even an option. As after the game he called out the team via Twitter.
Skip Bayless in a tweet of his from his personal Twitter handle wrote: “KD’s Nets have turned back into the Nots, giving up the most points any team has given up so far this season … 153! … to Sacramento! … does anyone in that locker room really care any more?”
Skip Bayless isn’t wrong with his words as it really looks like no one in the locker room even cares about the record now. The franchise already is a part of many controversies around them which has them distracted from balling out. The Nets are also missing on their talented guard, Kyrie Irving due to the same controversial reasons and his personal actions.
Kevin Durant though is trying his best to carry his team across and get the job done. But the godly efforts from the end of the seven-foot sharp-shooter aren’t enough and the Nets right now maintain a terrible losing record of 6-9. Skip Bayless’ favorite player though hasn’t given up and is still doing everything he can. As KD is averaging 30.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.3 assists.

Has the Brooklyn Nets’ locker room really given up on the season as said by Skip Bayless?
Skip Bayless has a fair point when he’s questioning the locker room of the Nets. But honestly, guys in there from the players to the coaching staff and even the management and front-office everyone of them really cares about the season and want the team to be on the fortunate winning end. They aren’t just able to find their way across.
Kyrie Irving and his future in the league are still very uncertain and with him being out the team is down and struggling with their offense. And, talking about their defensive end they really have to put in a lot of work as they are bad at all aspects of the defensive end and it’s high time for Ben Simmons to wake up and be the guy everyone in the locker room wants him to be.
The locker room isn’t down as they still have good energy and the new head coach Jacque Vaughn is finding his way with the team. And, the talent the Brooklyn Nets team has is enough to turn the whole narrative around them. They can soon be one of the best teams in the league and then Skip Bayless will get his answer but for that to happen they’ll have to focus on balling out and stay committed to the process.
