Michael Malone outraged

New Orleans Pelicans destroyed Michael Malone‘s Denver Nuggets on Sunday afternoon, handing them their ninth defeat of the year. Jose Alvarado was choking the Nuggets as he rampaged the court like he owned the place. However, near the end of the game, Malone was ejected from the game after calling a timeout for hurling obscenities at the female official.

With more than 20 years of coaching expertise, Michael Malone has worked with five different NBA organizations over the course of his career: Golden State, New Orleans, Cleveland, New York, and Sacramento. Eight playoff appearances have been made by the teams for which Malone has served as a coach, including one NBA Finals appearance and two conference finals appearances.

The Nuggets’ 2022–23 squad has the potential to be the best in the team’s history and might bring Denver its first NBA championship. Malone can do miracles with the team when Nikola Jokic is leading the way, but he should start by learning to control his own anger.

Things were tense on the Nuggets’ bench during their game against the Pelicans today. While challenging a call, Jeff Green received a technical foul and was sent to the bench. After the game’s outcome was already decided, Michael Malone was ejected with roughly two minutes left to play for using some extremely foul language toward referee Natalie Sago.

On Sunday, the New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Denver Nuggets 121-106 to earn their fourth straight victory. Jose Alvarado, who had a career-high 38 points, drew the crowd to its feet countless times. With the Pelicans behind by 14 points in the first quarter, Alvarado, whose effectiveness has greatly surpassed expectations, came off the bench and scored eight points during an 11-1 run right away.

Alvarado made 12 out of 19 shots and only three of his 11 3-point attempts were unsuccessful. Additionally, he scored on powerful driving floaters over noticeably larger opponents in the lane.

The Pelicans, who were playing without Brandon Ingram for the fourth straight game, won for the ninth time in 11 games also thanks to Trey Murphy’s 12 points.

The Nuggets, who had won four straight games prior to their most recent loss, were led by Nikola Jokic, who finished with 32 points and 16 rebounds. For Denver, Jamal Murray added 18 points, while Aaron Gordon scored 19. However, Denver made 19 turnovers, which allowed the Pelicans to score 18 points.

Denver led the fiery Pelicans 60-59 at halftime, with Jokic scoring 21 points, but they were unable to overcome them. Michael Malone was ejected in the closing seconds after receiving two late technical fouls for his yelling at a referee. In 20 games, Jokic has had 15 double-doubles, while Denver’s bench scored just 18 points overall.
