Stephen A. Smith is a renowned ESPN personality who makes a living by giving his opinion on sports. He has made a name for himself in the US sports television world with his hot takes. Smith mainly talks about sports and stays away from talking about politics on his ESPN show First Take. However, in the last few days, Smith has been vocal about his opinion of United States President Joe Biden.

During a recent episode of The Stephen A. Smith show, the ESPN personality made it clear that he doesn’t want Joe Biden to run for the presidency again in 2024 since he’ll be too old to be the leader. Biden is currently 80 years and will be 82 years old by the time of the 2024 presidential elections, and Smith isn’t a big fan of old people becoming the President of the country.

Furthermore, Smith recently made an appearance on Fox News to talk about the upcoming Presidential elections. During the episode, Smith claimed that it is utterly embarrassing that the Democratic party has Joe Biden as their presidential candidate once again.

“If he were to win the election, then he’d be in the White House until he’s 86 years old. I think, in the year 2023, it is utterly embarrassing that the liberal side has him as their best candidate,” Smith said on Sean Hannity’s show on Tuesday.

Nevertheless, Smith also claimed that if the Republican Party doesn’t have better candidates in 2024, he would end up voting for Joe Biden again in 2024, but he wouldn’t like it at all.

Stephen A. Smith opens up about Shannon Sharpe leaving Fox Network

Earlier this month, the Undisputed co-host Shannon Sharpe reached a buyout deal with the Fox Network. He will be leaving the network in June, immediately after the NBA finals.

Sharpe leaving Fox Network is allegedly a result of him having a fallout with his co-host Skip Bayless. Shannon and Skip joined forces and made the show Undisputed back in 2016 after Bayless left ESPN Network.

And now, Sharpe leaving Fox is good news for rival companies such as ESPN network, who can now lure in the former Denver Broncos tight end Shannon Sharpe with a reasonable offer. Amidst this, Stephen A. Smith, a prominent name in the sports media, claims he will be more than happy to have Sharpe as a guest in his show First Take.

However, Smith also made it clear that Sharpe wouldn’t be regular on the show since he doesn’t want to take away the opportunity from other sports analysts to have air time on one of the biggest shows in sports television.

Anyhow, Sharpe is set to be a free agent in June after the NBA finals between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat conclude. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for him.
