Vinicius Jr. is a professional football player from Brazil who plays for the Spanish side Real Madrid. He was born on 12 July 2000 in São Gonçalo, Brazil in a very poor family. He rose to prominence at a young age at Flamengo before making his dream move to one of the most successful European football sides, Real Madrid.

When did Vinicius Jr. make his senior team debut?

Vinicius Jr. debuted for Flamengo on 13 May 2017 at the age of just 17 in which the Brazilian club drew 1-1 against Atlético Mineiro. He spent one year at the club before Real Madrid scouts identified his potential and brought him to Europe. He debuted for the Brazil National team in the South American U-17 Championship for Brazil with a goal in a 3–0 victory over Peru.
