The Polish is declared the clay court specialist after becoming the singles champion at the French Open for consecutive two years. But after her triumph at the US Open, she has managed to leave behind her mark on the hardcourts as well after the disappointing performances in the North American swing tournaments prior to the US Open.

The young Tunisian was looking for her maiden Grand Slam title but the Pole denied her chance this time. Jabeur made faults with her service games and was broken early in the opening set as the Polish played some incredible level of game denying any chance to make a comeback in the game. Earlier, she was denied the chance at the 2022 Wimbledon Championship by the Russian-born Kazakhstani Elena Rybakina.
