Mexico hosted an exhibition featuring Carlos Alcaraz, Tommy Paul, Maria Sakkari, and Caroline Wozniacki. Over 30,000 people witnessed the amazing showdown between the men. After a semifinal exit from the ATP Finals, Alcaraz featured in this exhibition match and played like he never took a break. 

During the clash, the Spaniard played a mind-blowing passing shot that left the viewers in awe. Alcaraz had already won the set and was leading 4-1 in the second set when he played this unplayable shot that left his opponent bowing down to him.

The point started with a mighty serve from the American who sliced Alcaraz’s return to the edge of the court. However, the 20-year-old played his ‘ out of the world’ passing shot that left his opponent flabbergasted. The American clapped and bowed down to the World No. 2 after losing that point.

The Spaniard went on to win the match 7-6, 6-3, in front of a huge Mexican crowd. What a way it was for the Spanish star to end his exhibition on the same court where his idol Rafael Nadal played against Casper Rudd

Even Iga Swiatek was left speechless after watching Carlos Alcaraz’s passing shot

Carlos Alcaraz won the exhibition match against Tommy Paul in Mexico. Throughout the game, he played different kinds of shots with absolute perfection, but his fabulous return in the second set stole the show. 

Even the current WTA nO. 1 rank Iga Swiatek was left speechless after watching Alcaraz’s return. She reacted to the video with an emoji, representing the shock she was in after watching the shot.

The youngster has always shown the world what kind of talent he has on the court. The 20-year-old managed to return a shot from anywhere on the court, and this was yet another example of that. 

The youngster later revealed that he was thrilled to be playing in Mexico and lived the warm welcome he had received. 

I’m looking forward to coming back. I’m very surprised by how well they welcomed me. I went to the Basilica, and I can’t wait to come back once again to do a bit more sightseeing.
