“I’m Patiently waiting with all my belts”- George Kambosos Jr is ready to put all on the line against “Twitter champ”

Geroge Kambosos Jr and Devin Haney unofficially decided to fight each other in Australia to give the fans the undisputed champion. Here is the full story.

Lightweight WBA, WBO, IBF, and the ring champion George Kambosos Jr and WBC champion went on a Twitter feud. Both exchanged tweets regarding a potential fight between the two to decide the undisputed champ. 

George Kambosos Jr recently won his 3 belts by beating the former champion Teofimo Lopez via split decision. On the other hand, Devin won his WBC title back in 2019 and has defended it four times. 

It all started when Devin Haney suggested to Kambosos that the pair should fight. 

“Yo @georgekambosos we making this fight happen or what? I’m agreeing to all you’re terms whether it’s the vaccine or the travel. It’s starting to look like some ducking going on! @EddieHearn

Haney seemed quite interested in the fight as he said he was ready for any conditions laid by George. To which, George Kambosos Jr replied saying:

I love how you manipulate & lie to your fans Lying face Talk a big game but show no action!  Abit [sic] like your fights impatiently waiting with all my belts for the offer from your BOSS Mr @EddieHearn because I got a stadium ready in Australia, but I can see the excuses already

Kambosos clearly stated that Haney is lying about him ducking the fight and that he is always ready to take on him. However, he also made a witty comment that if Haney’s promoter Eddie would allow him to fight at. Australia. 

Kambosos then again took the Twitter to write:

Soon after, Devin responded by accepting the challenge and told that he going to “see him soon“.
