Israel Adesanya is enraged that his teammate and friend Dan Hooker is having to go through problems regarding visa that is stopping him from fighting at UFC 266.

Dan Hooker had enough with the visa authorities in his country, New Zealand, and decided to call out the officials on Twitter yesterday asking for his visa. The Hangman wrote on Twitter asking for help which caught the attention of several fans putting pressure on the authorities. New Zealand is currently under lockdown which is stopping Hooker to go to the office personally. It looks like the Kiwi fighter might not make it UFC 266.

Israel Adesanya witnessing all this was fueled with anger and went on a rant. He expressed his feelings about the situation on his Instagram. “The Last Stylebender” believes that the country is not giving importance to the sport of MMA which has led to this problem regarding Hooker.

“It pisses me off,” says Israel Adesanya

“The thing is, Dan ‘Hangman’ actually puts his country on his back,” Adesanya said. “He drapes his country’s flag across his shoulders as he walks out there to do work. He’s a patriot in this f***ing country and this is how you treat him? Let’s do right by the man.”

“For all you c*nts making this really difficult for my boy and for us as a team, if it was me, I know you don’t like me anyway…but this is Dan and you’re treating him like that,” said Adesanya. “It really pis**s me off. I know you c*nts still think that MMA isn’t really a sport and you think it’s not bigger than anything that New Zealand is producing right now. It’s bigger than that. Get used to it, accept it. Done!”
