Francis Ngannou is one of those fighters who can induce fear into their opponent just by his presence. Possessing a 6 ft 4-inch tall frame with some incredible physical strength makes him one of the most formidable opponents in the whole combat industry.

According to the UFC Performance Institute the former UFC heavyweight champion is known to be the hardest hitter present on the planet. Francis paid a visit to the UFC Performance Institute back in 2017 when he recorded his punching power. He managed to break the world record for the hardest punch after he measured a punch with 129,161 units. The record was previously held by Dutch kickboxer Tyrone Spong. Even former World’s Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall could not break the record held by Francis Ngannou.

His record of 12 knockout victories in 17 total fights is a testament to his deadly punching prowess. Even Dana White once compared the force of his punch to that of a sledgehammer swung full force. There is no doubt that a fighter with such physical feats is bound to find success in any kind of combat sport that includes striking.
