Bray Wyatt has given a lot of jaw-dropping moments to the WWE Universe. Known for his extreme gimmick play, Bray is one of the most popular stars who have ever worked for the company. Widely known for his ‘The Fiend’ character, Bray Wyatt has created a new identity for himself with his on-screen name.
Windham Lawrence Rotunda changed to Bray Wyatt quite late in his WWE run. However, the name gave him a much-deserved boost and recognition in the world of professional wrestling. However, Bray Wyatt isn’t the first name that the star has adopted in the ring.
Bray began his wrestling career in 2009 when he joined the Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW). He first performed under the ring name Alex Rotundo followed by Duke Rotundo. He joined hands with his brother Bo Dallas and the duo achieved some marvelous feats at the start of their career.
Bray worked in NXT for the next 3 years before finally getting to the main roster as Bray Wyatt, a member of the Wyatt Family. The faction also had Luke Harper and Eric Rowan as its other members. During his main roster run, Wyatt has managed to share the ring with the Undertaker, John Cena, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, and many more. It’s been almost a decade that Bray has been performing under the same name. With his career flourishing, he doesn’t seem to get his name changed.

Bray Wyatt real name change was a ray of hope in the lives of many stars
Windham Lawrence Rotunda, before playing Bray Wyatt, played the character of Husky Harris which ended in failure. The only hope left in the life of ‘The Fiend’ was his character change and he portrayed it with utmost dedication. One could see how much he had worked on himself to not let history repeat itself.
Bray once revealed that while he was going for his jury duty, Dusty Rhodes, the father of Cody Rhodes, asked him to stay in Bray’s character at all times. Bray confessed that he was so deeply engrossed in character that he didn’t break even once. That day he realized that Husky Harris was dead and it is Bray who has now risen.

The failure of Husky Harris was breaking for Bray Wyatt too. He had decided from that day itself that he was going to put in extremely hard work to never repeat the same with his new character. The extreme dedication that the star has for his gimmick is extremely commendable. Had it not been him, Bray Wyatt real name might have stayed in darkness too.
