Charlotte Flair has been performing on a whole new level this year. She has already added two title reigns, this year, to her record WWE Championships. The Queen currently holds the Raw Women’s Championship and is in her 12th title reign.

It is quite justified for her to feel that she is currently one of the biggest Superstars of the company. One another Champion, who feels quite the same is the Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief strongly believes that he is the face that runs the company.

Both the Champions delivered power-packed performances at WWE Summerslam 2021. While Flair defeated Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley to become the Raw Women’s Champion, Roman Reigns defeated John Cena to retain the Universal Championship. The event itself went on to become the most-viewed as well as the highest grossing Summerslam ever.

Roman Reigns, in reply to WWE’s tweet mentioned “Legitimate needle moving.” This eye-raising comment from Reigns raised controversy and didn’t go do down well with Charlotte Flair. While appearing for an interview with DAZN News Flair replied to the comment – acknowledging Reigns; performance but at the same time claiming to be better than him!

“I’m pretty sure everyone was on their feet when I won for the 12th time. Roman has had an incredible year. There are levels to this, but I’m on a different level myself.”

Both the Champions have moved on to newer feuds post Summerslam. Flair’s opponents – Nikki and Ripley have gone on to form a Tag Team. She was teased to face Alexa Bliss, but an aggressive match against Nia Jax last week, suggests that there have been change in plans.

Reigns on the other hand, might be up against Finn Balor at Extreme Rules. A feud with Brock Lesnar kicked off in the final moments of Summerslam, but WWE might decide to save that feud for a bigger PPV like Survivor Series.
