Ronda Rousey saw a perfect life partner in Travis Browne way back in 2015. As a result, they got married and have been living a jovial life since then.

Ronda Rousey has to be one of the greatest combat sports athlete this industry has ever known. She earned the moniker of ‘Baddest Woman on the Planet’ due to her festooned UFC career. Owing to her devastating arsenal, she knocked down numerous antagonists inside that octagon over the years. In her record-setting UFC Bantamweight Title reign, she outclassed whoever came in her tracks, until she went out there to defend the gold for 7th time. As known, at UFC 193, Rousey succumbed to Holly Holm, which was her first-ever loss in UFC.
Despite those two blemishes at the dusk of her UFC career namely Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes, The Arm Collector cemented her legacy in Dana White’s promotion. Now, by the time Rousey was about to lose her Bantamweight Title, she was already dating her fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne. After years of secretive meetings, the couple finally got married on August 28, 2017. And almost four years to that special date in their lives, they welcomed their first child.
On September 27, 2021, Rousey gave birth to a baby girl, who was later named as La’akea Makalapuaokalanipo Browne. Well, everyone had a hard time processing that one. Anyways, from what many count as a god’s grace, Ronda Rousey kindled inhumane valor and determination to get back in ring shape, shortly after her daughter was born. As a result, she rigorously rubbed her body each passing day, enabling her to make a WWE return, four months later at the Royal Rumble.

Ronda Rousey may not be present at Royal Rumble 2023
What an irony this would be? Last year’s Royal Rumble match winner is potentially on the verge to miss this year’s edition. Ronda Rousey lost her SmackDown Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair on December 30th edition of the blue brand. Since then, The Rowdy One is nowhere to be found on television. Fans seem happy about her absence as for them, she was never a champion they can admire to.
She was heavily dragged over her lackluster character work as of late. Now, the question arises as to when the WWE Universe can expect Rousey to show up again. So being said, she may enjoy a prolonged absence from WWE television as there are no plans for her at the upcoming Royal Rumble event, this Saturday. Despite all of this, she’s still expected to receive a higher spot on the WrestleMania 39 card.
According to some early reports, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler will compete for the Women’s Tag Team Titles at the marquee event. If that happens, Dakota Kai and IYO SKY better start counting on their remaining days as tag champs. Considering how well the former UFC forces work together, they’ll most probably leave Los Angeles as the brand new Women’s Tag Team Champs.
