WWE superstar Carmella and commentator Corey Graves recently announced the news of their pregnancy. The couple was overjoyed and disclosed that they would give birth to a baby boy this November. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion has been away from WWE programming for a long time.

Carmella has had a successful WWE career since her debut in 2013. Throughout her career, she has won the 24/7 title, the SmackDown Women’s Championship, and the Women’s Tag Team titles. Apart from that, she has also participated in multiple championship matches at numerous premium events. In 2019, she started dating WWE color commentator Corey Graves. Both got married in 2022.

The couple announced the gender of their baby on The Tamron Hall Show. They were happy to reveal to their fans that they would be having a baby boy. They were excited to share the happy news with everyone and could not wait to welcome the new life into the world. Fans have been congratulating the couple online since the news broke.

This will be the couple’s first child together. However, Graves is already a father of three from his first marriage. Carmella, on the other hand, will be a mother for the first time. Unfortunately, Mella had a miscarriage in 2022, which she revealed on Instagram. Therefore, the news of a baby has brought more happiness to the couple.

The baby is due to arrive in November 2023. Therefore, Carmella is expected to be away from WWE programming for the foreseeable future. Graves, on the other hand, has been a regular on Raw, SmackDown, and all the premium live events that WWE hosts.

Leah Van Dale, aka Carmella, signed a contract with WWE in late 2013. She worked in NXT with the tag team of Enzo Amore and Big Cass. She managed the team and had occasional matches on the brand. During her three years on the brand, she wrestled the likes of Blue Pants, Alexa Bliss, Eva Marie, Nia Jax, and Bayley.

Carmella won the Money In The Bank briefcase, further cashing in on Charlotte Flair. She would go on to hold the title for months, wrestling the likes of Charlotte Flair, Asuka, and Becky Lynch. The 35-year-old lost the title in a Triple Threat match against Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.

Mella would ally with R-Truth to form a comedic duo. Since 2020, she has appeared in random matches. As a result, fans lost interest in her character. Due to her pregnancy, Leah has been out of action since March 2023. Fans would expect the former Women’s Champion to make a dominant return when she is ready.
