WWE announced that they will be heading to Australia for their big premium live event Elimination Chamber next year. The company will make its much-anticipated return to the continent after years. Along with that, they also announced the date and location of the event.
The Elimination Chamber is all set to take place at Optus Stadium in Perth on February 24, 2024. This event will be the first to take place in Australia after Super ShowDown in 2018. The pre-sale for the event has started, and fans can book their passes through the website au2024-presale.
The fans will have to register on the aforementioned website by filling out their details to receive the pre-sale passcode before the general public. Once registered on the website, fans will be notified about every detail regarding the booking of tickets for the February spectacle.
The event will feature the iconic multi-person Elimination Chamber match, seemingly for all genders. Along with that, it will have significance for Australian superstars like Rhea Ripley and Grayson Waller. For a long time, it has been rumored that WWE was planning to have an event in the country.
The last time WWE visited Australia was for Super ShowDown 2018, which was headlined by Triple H and The Undertaker. The show was a huge success in terms of revenue for the Stamford-based promotion. The pro wrestling titan will be expecting the same from Elimination Chamber 2024 as well.

Last time WWE visited Australia
WWE made their mark on the land of Australia in 2018. They announced the show earlier that year and made good revenue in terms of ticket sales. The show had an outstanding attendance of 70,309. The event featured big stars like John Cena, Ronda Rousey, Nikki Bella, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and more.
The event took place at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground. However, the highlight of the show was the main event, where Triple H battled The Undertaker. It was advertised as a “Last Time Ever” match with two icons going against each other. Therefore, it made a lot of headlines in the pro wrestling world back then.
The show was a huge success for WWE. Despite this, they didn’t make any returns to the continent for the next six years. Therefore, the recent news about Elimination Chamber 2024 created a wave of exhilaration among the WWE Universe in Australia.
