No one’s better than Kevin Owens at being real. He just gets it right and usually gives honest opinions on sensitive matters. That being said, he’s the latest one to comment over those premature WWE sale rumors. As is known, an overnight rumour spree regarding WWE’s sale to Saudi Arabia went unhinged a few weeks ago. That quickly spread like wildfire, only to turn out to be completely false.

As time passed, more clarification was revealed. Some really top journalists close to the situation have claimed that no such sale or agreement has been made. Also, WWE continues to actively seek better options for their multi-billion dollar empire. For what it’s worth, the internet reacted so absurdly for the time being, sitting over those hot potato chatters.

Although, Vince McMahon has yet to approve a sale, it’s not off the table. The time-consuming process is still ongoing but will yield certain results after a period. According to some of the latest betting odds, Comcast is the frontrunner to buy WWE, as has been the case for quite some time now. Obviously, these company developments affected WWE superstars, and Kevin Owens recently shed some light on them.

“The internet will say what the internet will say, and then the reality will be what really matters. We just care about what we do in the ring. That’s what we try to do our best at”, said Owens in an interview with the San Antonio Express News. Also, speaking of Stephanie McMahon, the Prizefighter commended her divine presence much frequently at WWE shows, until it lasted.

“(Stephanie) has been nothing but amazing to me my entire time here. And I was so happy to see her more at the shows and get to be around her and get to work for her. Everybody’s also kind of happy that she gets to take this time for herself.”

Owens will finally get a chance at redemption over The Tribal Chief at the Royal Rumble. In a highly turbulent rivalry that caused riots for weeks, Kevin Owens looks to unlock the undisputed WWE Universal Championship from Roman Reigns’ hostage. The Prizefighter, as mentioned on Raw IS XXX this week, will die trying in that ring on Saturday inside The Alamodome.

Furthermore, Sami Zayn’s involvement in the Reigns/Owens match at Rumble is one of the most intriguing aspects to watch out for. On this week’s episode of Raw, Reigns made it loud and clear to Zayn that he needed to stay at home until Saturday. At the Royal Rumble, Zayn will deliver his final test, and ultimately, that will decide his future with The Bloodline.
