According to Knox County News, the lawsuit filed against Jacobs accuses the former WWE wrestler of exploiting county personnel in his house. Jacobs has been accused of committing this act during the mayor’s office hours, which is incorrect and not permitted. Paul White, who filed the lawsuit against Glen Jacobs, also sought 150,000 Dollars in damage from the former wrestler.

The report read, “Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs asked county employees to work at his home while they were on the clock, pressured a department head to lie to state investigators, and cursed at him when he wouldn’t do it, according to a federal lawsuit the county settled by agreeing to pay $150,000 to former parks and recreation director Paul White.”

Jacobs in his defense mentioned that he used the county employees during lunchtime. As per his defense, it would mean Glen Jacobs breached no law and the court would dismiss the lawsuit against him. However, the same did not happen as Jacobs settled the matter by paying damages.

While this case is about employee mistreatment, the question that comes forward is, “where did Glen Jacobs use the county employees?” Apparently, Jacobs asked his employees to remove a snake that entered his house.

Another concern related to the issue is that Glen allegedly compelled the director of the department to lie to state investigators, which meant he broke the law. If these actions were not enough, Jacobs reportedly cursed the department head when he failed to comply.
