Rhea Ripley continues to be in the headlines regularly despite not defending her title every week. This time, the Women’s World Champion is getting fans’ attention because of the way she wore her title across her neck on the latest episode of Raw. Ripley’s boyfriend, Buddy Matthews, has a unique style of wearing his title on the ring, which is similarly worn across the neck.

Ripley used the same style, and fans were quick to notice that. A fan used Ripley’s and Matthews’ pictures and posted them on Twitter together. The fans said, “Just like her tubby, it’s her ride or die,” Praising the couple for nodding at each other on live television. Rhea Ripley and Matthews have been dating since 2022 and are very close.

Matthews joined AEW in early 2022, aligning himself with former WWE superstar Malakai Black, known to WWE fans as Aleister Black. The two joined Brody King and won the AEW Trios Championship as The House of Black. Matthews also acknowledged his girlfriend on a recent episode of AEW Collision when he used Ripley’s move against Andrade El Idolo in their match.

Buddy Matthews worked in WWE for 8 years before going to AEW. He was known as Buddy Murphy in the company and became popular as a cruiserweight while being a part of 205 Live. During this time, Murphy was dating former Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss. The two broke up in 2018 and have continued to be friends ever since.

Dominik Mysterio thinks Rhea Ripley will win all the titles in the next two years

Ripley’s Judgment Day member, Dominik Mysterio, also agrees to this, as he believes that this Mami has the potential to win all the championships in WWE in the upcoming years.

While talking to Metro, Mysterio said, “Even though she’s 26 years old, she has 10-plus years of experience. She’s done so much and accomplished so much; she’s held every title in WWE, and she’s only 26! I give her another two years before she takes over all the men’s titles; it’s only a matter of time!“

The pairing of Dominik and Rhea has been one of the best duos in WWE’s recent history, as they consistently steal the show on Monday nights. Along with Finn Balor and Damian Priest, the group is ruling Raw as all members are part of multiple storylines at the same time.
