Report: Massive update on Roman Reigns’ interest in jumping ship to AEW
While Roman Reigns continues to grow as the lone megastar of modern wrestling, he's never going to leave WWE for another promotion.

For what it’s worth, WWE has managed to establish Roman Reigns as their biggest star over the past decade or so. He’s ruled the company with an Iron Fist in the last three years. Each passing day just proves how valuable he’s been to wrestling in general. That being said, there was a wild speculation running over social media regarding Reigns’ possible jump to All Elite Wrestling. Over the years, a ton of Superstars have bridged the gap between WWE & AEW.
Names who never seemed to leave for the Tony Khan-led promotion in the first place ended up being there. And considering the unpredictable cosmos of pro-wrestling, nothing is impossible. Speaking of which, the former Executive Vice President of AEW Cody Rhodes returned to WWE last year at WrestleMania. But, that ‘never say never’ acronym doesn’t applies to someone like WWE’s biggest draw.
Squashing down the fantasized hassle, Dave Meltzer came up with a definite update on Tribal Chief’s vision about AEW. According to the renowned journalist, Roman Reigns is never going to make the jump to AEW. Never in his life did Roman ever considered that for a second. Even though Tony Khan would love to welcome that opportunity with open hands, it’s simply never going to make sense. Maybe somewhere in the parallel universe, it can come to fruition.
“What AEW needs is a game changer…Roman’s never going, he’s never had an interest for a second in his life as far as I know, and I would know if he did. Believe me.” – Dave Meltzer said. As for Reigns, he’s like a brand ambassador for WWE around the globe. Despite of his current heel run, he’s more of an anti-hero which is heavily appealing for the key television demographics.

Roman Reigns will main-event this year’s WrestleMania
As been the case from past few years, Reigns is set for his 3rd consecutive and 7th overall WrestleMania main-event this year. He’s slated to defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes. Needless to say, this is going to be the ultimate climax of Reigns’ unstoppable zenith in WWE. For The American Nightmare, it’s as big of an opportunity he’s ever had thus far in his career.
If he somehow takes down the King in Los Angeles, The Prodigal Son can finish the story which he began post WrestleMania last year. Moreover, that grand finale will establish Cody Rhodes as the next face of this company. He can then dictate this fairytale on his terms. To even reach at this point in space where Reigns & Rhodes are main-eventing WrestleMania is just unbelievable.
Two years ago, who would’ve even imagined this. But that’s what wrestling is all about. The Son of a Plumber will get to work inorder to dethrone the cornerstone of the Samoan Dynasty on the biggest night in Sports Entertainment. Tickets for the Grandest Spectacle are already flowing out at a rapid pace. Due to the ever lasting demand, WWE is forced to open up limited view seating portion behind the entrance stage as well.
