Roman Reigns has been the talk of the town since his return as ‘The Tribal Cheif’; add to it the 800+ days Undisputed WWE Universal Championship reign. In this dominant reign, the ‘Head of the Table’ has defeated some prominent names of the business.
Ric Flair, on his ‘To Be The Man’ podcast talked about a few superstars he would like to see Reigns face. Flair praised Roman’s run as Undisputed Champion, and even called him the ultimate champion in WWE.
The first name Ric Flair picked was Cody Rhodes. Flair stated how fitting it would be if Cody wins the World Championship. A title that his father Dusty Rhodes never won in the mighty-giant of professional wrestling, WWE. The Hall Of Famer believes Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes would make a great main event title match for the entire WWE Universe to witness.
Cody Rhodes is currently out of action because of a torn pectoral muscle. Initial plans suggested Rhodes would win the Money In The Bank briefcase instead of Theory and thus face Reigns later. However, his injury changed the entire storyline. Cody recently teased his return to the ring through an Instagram story. The story had his in-ring gear with the mention of ‘Peacock’. Which is also WWE’s home in the streaming world.

Roman Reigns is rumored to go against the Rock at WrestleMania
There have been multiple speculations about Roman’s opponents for WrestleMania, but one name that everyone wants is The Rock. The Hollywood superstar is rumored to make his WWE in-ring return as ‘WrestleMania goes Hollywood’ on the 1st and 2nd of April 2023.
The Rock is quite busy with his Hollywood schedule. As recognized by many, the ‘Black Adam’ lead has no need to make an in-ring appearance since his Hollywood career is flourishing at a great pace. However, his fans are quite eager for his return, and he would do so at the expected Premium Live Event.
Roman Reigns vs The Rock is tremendously hyped for April’s Premium Live Event. Ric Flair also spoke of the possibility of Cody vs Reigns, in case Rock is unavailable. We’ll have to check how things eventually turn out for these superstars.
