The Royal Rumble of 2023 turned out to be bigger and more successful than previous Rumble shows. The show smashed all the previous records, including viewership, attendance, merchandise, social media, and sponsorship revenue as well. Credit should be given to Triple H and his creative team for booking a spectacular show with great moments. The ending segment following the main event of the show involving The Bloodline and Sami Zayn created more buzz in the wrestling world than any other moment on the show.

On his Instagram account recently, Triple H posted all the accomplishments of the Royal Rumble this year. The accomplishments were:

WWE’s success after Triple H took over

After all the McMahon family drama last year, Vince McMahon announced his retirement as WWE chairman following various allegations against him. Vince was also in charge of all the creative decisions made in the company before his retirement. Since his retirement, Triple H has taken over as the head of creative and talent relations, which has been a blessing in disguise for the WWE. Triple H has pretty much changed the complexion of WWE TV with his amazing ideas and decisions.

Ever since taking over as creative head back in July last year, Triple H has made almost every storyline work. The best example is Sami and The Bloodline story on SmackDown. Another great example is The Judgment Day’s increased dominance on Monday nights on Raw. Since August, the great storylines have resulted in huge numbers and records for the PLEs. The most successful PLEs last year were SummerSlam, Clash at the Castle, and Crown Jewel. And now the Royal Rumble this year has added another feather to Triple H’s cap.

Triple H has been a lot different from his father-in-law, who handled the creative decisions before. The difference is clearly evident, as fans have praised Triple H and are enjoying his regime. Earlier this year, Vince returned as the chairman of executives; however, Triple H still holds the position as creative head.
