WWE’s biggest event of the year is less than a month away, and the storylines have started to shift gears. This week’s SmackDown has helped accelerate the storylines of many of the feuds, including Bray Wyatt and Bobby Lashley’s feud. However, Lashley made an appearance on this week’s episode of SmackDown. To his surprise, Uncle Howdy confronted him out of nowhere and attacked The All-Mighty.

This week’s edition of SmackDown was from Washington, DC, with the crowd filled with energy. However, the WWE Universe was shocked when Bobby Lashley’s theme song hit the Titantron screen. Lashley walked down the ramp and came into the ring. Speaking about the Leader of Darkness, The All-Mighty said that he visited SmackDown to have a face-to-face conversation with Bray Wyatt. Moreover, he said that the Eater of Worlds has been telling him to run, but he doesn’t run from anyone.

Bobby Lashley said that Wyatt has been playing around like a kid and does not have the audacity to face him man-to-man. As a result, the former WWE Champion called out Wyatt in the middle of the ring. However, the WWE Universe was shocked when Uncle Howdy appeared in the ring out of nowhere instead of Bray. He started ambushing Lashley from behind. However, The All-Mighty countered the attack and hit him with a spinebuster, to which the crowd gave a loud pop.

Moreover, Lashley was in the corner of the ring, preparing for a sphere, when the lights went out. However, when the lights came on, Uncle Howdy was nowhere to be found. The segment between the two of them added fuel to the rivalry between Bray Wyatt and Bobby Lashley. Despite his much-awaited return to WWE, Bray Wyatt has not done much except engross the fans in his mystifying storytelling. The WWE Universe started to lose interest in Wyatt. Besides, the biggest event of the year is just a month away, and one of WWE’s biggest stars is directionless. As a result, WWE thought of booking the former WWE Champion in a program with Bobby Lashley. However, the fans have shown mixed reactions to this decision by WWE.

The feud between Wyatt and Lashley unfolded out of nowhere. Many fans criticized the decision as they believe the two superstars have completely different characters on television. Bray Wyatt’s character revolves around a bizarre gimmick and cryptic things, whereas Lashley is a dominating force. Therefore, the fans have shown quite a degree of discontent with the booking decision.

However, many fans believe it could be a good decision considering Wyatt’s booking in recent times. They believe the former WWE Champion would rather be involved in a good storyline than go round and round in his bizarre storytelling. Therefore, some of the fans appreciated the decision by WWE. However, it will be interesting to see the storyline going forward.
