While the rivalry was going strong on track between the two team, it was even stronger off track as Christian Horner and Toto Wolff went on a verbal rampage in the media.
There were multiple instances where things got very heated between the two team bosses. While the Mercedes dominance has been dormant after 2020, the heat between the two team principal hasn’t changed temperatures at all. Even before the 2023 season has commenced, Toto Wolff has gone on to publicly humiliate Christian Horner as their battle enters greater depths.
