Max Verstappen would likely dominate the season-opener in Bahrain
The reigning world champion had dominated the entirety of 2023 and won 19 out of 22 races. Hence, the driver returned this season looking more promising than ever and drove well at the testing session in Bahrain. Hence, multiple drivers like Alonso have accepted their defeats in the first race of the season and acknowledged the fact that Verstappen would likely win the first race of the season with ease.
The RB20 produced by Aero-genius Adrian Newey delivered great results and performance despite the 26-year-old driving it in a hybrid mode during testing. Hence, even Lewis Hamilton claimed that his arch-rival Verstappen would win the first race of the season. Apart from this, even the Dutchman taunted his opponents about the qualifying session of the Bahrain GP.
Max Verstappen would likely dominate the first race of the 2024 season. However, time will tell how the rival teams will cope up with the front-runners down the season. Regardless, the 2024 season would provide great racing actions in all the orders of the grid. Additionally, the changes to the grid from the coming season are also highly looked forward to by the fans in Formula 1.
