The 2023 off-season is in full swing, and drivers and crew members alike are essentially free from their responsibilities as an athlete in the pinnacle of motorsport. Lewis Hamilton, for example, has gone skydiving and plans to work on some music in the winter break before the upcoming 2024 F1 season.
Max Verstappen is infamous for racing during breaks between F1 races to keep the spark alive, but even the 3x Champion has found time to relax before the 2024 campaign. The Red Bull driver revealed in a Dutch interview that he does not enjoy horror movies in the slightest, with zombies and the like.

I don’t even like horror movies anyway, to be honest! Ever since I was little, I don't know… I don’t find them pleasant to watch
With the adrenaline that it takes to drive and dominate at the highest form of motorsport, Verstappen finds it draining to experience further adrenaline boosts at home with horror movies. The 26-year-old is the reigning champion too, winning the title after an extremely dominant season this year.

Max Verstappen claims he wants a Le Mans drive alongside Fernando Alonso
Max Verstappen is infamous for his extremely decorated Formula One career, with the title secured three times in a row, most recently in the most dominant season of all time, and a record-breaking string of victories with it. However, the Dutchman is not very well known for his involvement in other motorsports.

This could change, as Verstappen claims he is seeking to enter the iconic 24 hours of Le Mans race with Fernando Alonso. Alonso is a huge name at the event, having won the race in both of his entries consecutively in 2018 and 2019. Verstappen cited the hunt for a third driver being the main objective now as Alonso agreed to the project after Max spoke to him.
Well, I've been speaking to Fernando about it. He said he said he would only want to do it with me again. So I was like, wow, that would be really cool...But we’d need to find another one, so I need to have a look.Max Verstappen said, as reported by racingnews365
Max Verstappen may not have experience in racing cars off the Formula One tracks as much as he would like to, but he is no stranger to racing off of it. Not only is the reigning champion a prolific kart racer, but he is also an extremely skilled sim racer, competing at the top of the virtual motorsport levels.
