Kyrie Irving and Russell Westbrook shared a wholesome moment on the basketball court during the pregame practise. Fans had mixed reactions on the internet for some it was the beautiful part of basketball whereas for some it was a shot at LeBron James.

Russell Westbrook came to practice early in the Barclays Center ahead of the tip-off between the Brooklyn Nets and the Los Angeles Lakers. While the Los Angeles Lakers star was shooting threes from the corner, he was greeted by the great words of none other than Kyrie Irving. The Nets star walked across the court towards Westbrook while the two exchanged a wholesome conversation. The Lakers were playing without two of their primary offensive stars Anthony Davis and LeBron James.
The conversation between the two stars was as wholesome as it could get. As the former league MVP was draining shots with rebounders around him.
Irving: “I knew greatness would be out here early!“
Westbrook: “Somebody gotta do it.”
Irving: “Some people show up right on time. Does it go unnoticed? Do people appreciate it?”
Westbrook: “No.”
Irving: “But we understand.”
Westbrook: “For sure. Yessir!”

Fans had some heartfelt messages for both stars after watching the video. “most skilled player in the LEAGUE and my buoy kyrie!!” However, alluding to Russ’s discontent with his position and the rivalry between Irving and LeBron James, another fan wrote, “This was a shot at Lebron James.
