Khabib Nurmagomedov’s rivalry with Conor McGregor is the most popular of all time in mixed martial arts. The lead-up to their historical fight was nothing short of entertaining.

After Khabib Nurmagomedov became the champion at UFC 223, it was almost certain that he would defend his title against his nemesis, Conor McGregor. The two fighters’ rivalry started way before their fight was announced. After becoming the champion, Nurmagomedov agreed to do a fans’ Q&A session during the Alvarez vs Poirier 2 fight night.

This Q&A produced one of the most hilarious clips from the Khabib vs Conor rivalry. One of the fans put Nurmagomedov on spot by asking him to pick the biggest Conor d**krider. His question had three options, Dana White, the UFC president, Artem Lobov, a UFC fighter who was a friend of the Irishman, and Ariel Helwani, a renowned journalist.

Nurmagomedov couldn’t help but burst out in laughter as the fan went on to troll White, Lobov, and Helwani. The Dagestani fighter who was certainly unhappy with all three of them did not hesitate to answer this question. “I think they all are bullsh*t,” said Nurmagomedov as the crowd began to cheer him. There is no doubt that Nurmagomedov vs McGregor is the biggest event in UFC history. Both Nurmagomedov and McGregor elevated the sport to another level with their rivalry. After getting inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame, Nurmagomedov spoke on the DC&RC show to explain how big of a fight UFC 229 was.

Nurmagomedov jumped the fence after beating McGregor which caused a huge brawl. “The Eagle” said even though many appeared to be upset about the event, in reality, the executives like Dana White, and Hunter Campbell, weren’t actually mad given how big of a sensation the event became.

“People never talk about one thing. When I jump [over the fence], with me jumped all this sport to another level,” said Nurmagomedov. “Of course Dana, Hunter was all like little bit upset but they act,” added the former lightweight champion.
