Moreover, the recent resignation of Stephanie McMahon and Vince McMahon’s return to the board are also hinting at a possible WWE acquisition. Amid all this drama, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has finally spoken his mind regarding the potential WWE sale.

In a recent interview on Squawk in the street, The Rock projected his views on what he thinks of the potential acquisition of WWE. According to ‘The People’s champion’, “With a company like this, it’s been so incredibly successful over the years, a sale and acquisition could be very complicated, but there’s that unique added anchor to this I believe to this that Vince feels where you gotta find the right buyer who still has that passion and love for this very unique world”.

According to sources, WWE has recently acquired JP Morgan as their consultants. It is a clear indication that WWE is planning a smooth sale of the company. Irrespective of who acquires WWE, it would be difficult for them to infuse the same enthusiasm and spirit as Vince McMahon.
