Conor McGregor is such a big bully, both in and out of the ring. Barely a week passes without the Irish king not being relevant on the scene. This time he took a dig at the featherweight fighter, Max Holloway, at a restaurant.
The Notorious One could be observed chilling in a 2 year-long hibernating mode after a brutal leg injury from Dustin Poirer. He is supposed to return in 2023. But that doesn’t mean he has forgotten about his old debts. Conor keeps revolting back to his old victims from time to time. Conor McGregor and Max Holloway have settled the dues between each other back in 2013. The Irishman went home with a win after securing a unanimous decision against the “Blessed” in round 3. He later went on a winning streak against Dustin Poirer, Jose Aldo, Chad Mendez, and many others.
Conor McGregor went out to eat on a Thursday night at a restaurant where he spotted a Max Holloway lookalike having a meal at a distant bench. He took no time in flipping out his phone and filming the scenario reciting absurd remarks. McGregor could also be seen flashing his jewelry watch and trolling a poster of Sylvester Stallone in the very same video. This ended up with both the superstars sharing a laugh and later Holloway replying to Conor’s video.
“Oh my God. Oh my God, you guys. Oh my God, it’s Max Holloway, guys. Max! Max, bro! What’s up? … We’ll jump back in there, yeah? See you for that second fight, yeah? See you at the press conference. You’re taking everything I worked for, motherf*****. I wanna fight your f****** ass,” said McGregor in the video.

Max Holloway finds Conor McGregor’s video ridiculous and responds back

Max Holloway took no time in responding to McGregor’s troll video on his Twitter handle. He tweeted, “Hahahah see you at the press conference indeed”. Holloway has always been a good sport when it comes to friendly banter and trolling.

So are there any speculations of a fight or a rematch between them? Both the Irishman and the “Blessed” are known for their back-to-back banter in the MMA field but talking about a real situation there are fewer chances of a fight happening between them. Max has great wins like Brian Ortega, Yair Rodriguez, and Calvin Kattar in his drawer.
On the other hand, Conor McGregor could face opponents like Jorge Masvidal, Michael Chandler, Justin Gaethje, and others on his return. But, you could never rule out rematches when it comes to McGregor. There is no doubt a rematch between Conor McGregor and Max Holloway will turn out to be a fan-favorite bout.
