“I don’t know,” LA Knight comments on the fan comparison between him and The Rock’s promo skills

LA Knight is best known for his trash talk. Fans believe he possesses mic skills that most wrestlers of this era do not. He is frequently compared to The Rock for his promos.

“I don’t know,” LA Knight comments on the fan comparison between him and The Rock’s promo skills

LA Knight has become more popular than before because of the recent bout with Bray Wyatt. Besides the in-ring skills, Knight has one more inherited skill: his mic skills. This skill is hard to see in many of the wrestlers of this new era. LA Knight has outperformed almost everyone in this category.

Fans have often praised him for his impeccable mic skills because that is what most modern-day superstars are missing out on. LA Knight possesses mic skills just like wrestlers had them back in the Ruthless Aggression Era or the Attitude Era. He is arguably one of the greatest trash-talkers of recent times. Fans are comparing him with the Rock for his promo skills.

Here’s what he had to say on a podcast with Chris Van Vliet: “So yeah, it’s not surprising… I mean, watching the hero back in 2013…can’t believe it’s been 10 years since that, but sometimes you would just hear my voice or you’d hear His voice.. I don’t know.. But like, I don’t think that once I actually get amped up … I kind of lose it at that point.”

LA Knight rejoined the WWE on February 14, 2021, after leaving the NWA. On June 13th, at NXT TakeOver: In Your House, Knight defeated Cameron Grimes in a ladder match and won the Million Dollar Championship. But after losing his championship against Cameron Grimes, Knight could not do much at NXT, so he went out of action. On January 24, 2022, LA Knight joined the main roster and returned to SmackDown under the name Max Dupri, CEO of MMM. Since then, his mic skills have impressed many. LA Knight doesn’t do anything special or mind-blowing in the ring, but whatever he does, he does it with perfection, just like the Rock. That’s why many people think he has an upper hand over Bray Wyatt in this bout and appreciate him.

Raw XXX gave people some lifetime experiences to cherish from the past. Many Hall of Famers appeared at Raw that night. And many special segments were captured in the minds of WWE fans from all over the world.

One of them was when LA Knight entered the ring. LA Knight entered the ring and started his trash talk, for which he is better known. He challenged any of the legends back in the locker room to come out in the ring and fight with him. He was going to dedicate this match to Bray Wyatt as a preview of the Pitch Black Match at this Royal Rumble. While he was convinced that no one would accept his challenge, the Undertaker’s entrance music hit.

The Undertaker came out, dressed up in his American Bad*ss avatar with his signature bike. Knight was awestruck after watching this scene. As Undertaker entered the ring, Knight tried to run away, but suddenly everything went black. When LA Knight turned around, he saw Bray Wyatt and began running back to the ring. To run and hide from Wyatt, Knight almost forgot about the Undertaker. Undertaker was going to give him a Chokeslam, but instead, he grabbed Knight and pushed him toward Wyatt. Bray Wyatt eventually attacked LA Knight with Sister Abigail. When everything got over, fans saw the Undertaker whispering something in the ears of Bray Wyatt. Nobody knows what he told them, but whatever it was, it was LA Knight’s worst nightmare.
