The WWE superstars have been spending a good time in Saudi Arabia and have been sharing pictures. Sami Zayn also shared his happenings as he performed Umrah in Mecca for the first time in his life. Zayn, being of Syrian descent, was not allowed to visit Saudi Arabia due to some conflicts between the two countries until recently.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has now renewed its diplomatic relationship with Syria. It allows people from the countries to travel across the nations. WWE superstars are currently in Saudi Arabia, preparing for the spectacular event that takes place this Saturday. Night of Champions will take place on May 27th, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

In his recent post, Sami Zayn expressed his gratitude to WWE and all his fans. He also wrote about how his work with WWE has taken him to places that were out of his reach before. Zayn expressed that he would cherish these memories forever and be thankful for everything. Sami Zayn is a Muslim, and hence, visiting Mecca is considered the top-most deed a Muslim can do.

The Tag Team Champion said that being with WWE has provided him with some of the most incredible experiences of his life. Zayn is a 38-year-old Canadian professional wrestler. He also started a fund called “Sami for Syria” to help people in Syria. He is married and has a son. Zayn is also close friends with his tag team partner, Kevin Owens.

Sami Zayn is scheduled to be a part of one of the three main events of the night. He will defend his Undisputed Tag Team Championship with Kevin Owens against Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. The match is part of the ongoing war between The Champions and The Bloodline.

After months of buildup and teasing, the man formerly known as El Generico turned on The Bloodline. He showed his loyalty to Kevin Owens, his old friend. The 38-year-old betrayed Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble 2023 and hit Reigns with a steel chair. It received one of the loudest reactions in Royal Rumble history.

Following their singles feud, Zayn and Owens set their sights on the Tag Team Championships. They were successful in defeating The Usos for the titles in the main event of Night 1 of WrestleMania 39. Since then, the duo has been trying to move on from The Bloodline.

But they often end up facing Roman Reigns or his cousins. Sami Zayn has been one of the top superstars in the company for almost a year. Moreover, his popularity does not appear to be decreasing any time soon.
