5. Tribal Court leads to Jey Uso wanting a match with Roman Reigns
The Usos’ triumph at Money in the Bank was an iconic moment for WWE in 2023. It was Jey Uso who had pinned Roman Reigns after nearly four years in The Bloodline Civil War. The immediate episode of SmackDown after the London event saw a 40-minute widespread Tribal Court between the four members. But to culminate this, Jey took out his rage over The Tribal Chief for beating the hell out of Jimmy Uso.
The video of this particular moment earned over 3.4 million views in 2023. In the first seven days of its upload, though, it took the WWE Universe by storm and gained 2.92 million views. Jey’s thunderous attack on Reigns and Solo Sikoa, made up his mind to challenge Roman for his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam 2023.
4. Roman Reigns deals with The Bloodline dissension
Night of Champions 2023 changed the course of The Bloodline for the entirety of 2023. Jimmy Uso could not keep himself intact from the Roman Reigns‘ domination, thus imploding the faction itself. The confrontation in the upcoming SmackDown episode was made even more iconic as Roman had completed 1000 days of his reign.
In the dramatic sequence, Solo Sikoa was seen backing his brothers for a while until it was revealed all along to be Reigns’ plan. The Enforcer attacked Jimmy and made sure of his place in the Civil War. The video gained 2.75 million views in its first week, while at the end of 2023, it had seen around 3.5 million.
3. Rey Mysterio snaps and punches his son Dominik
The compelling story between a spoiled son and a respectful father was the most exciting thing of 2023. After Dominik Mysterio‘s betrayal of Rey Mysterio, it was pretty clear about the son-father clash at WrestleMania 39. But the build took up somewhat late but had the world by storm when Rey hit the first blow on Dominik. Right after the legend’s loss against LA Knight, the Mysterios were found confronted.
Dominik, who then humiliated the hell out of Rey, did not even hesitate to take a shot at his own mother and sister. Rey thus punched Dominik down, and the crowd EXPLODED! The latter pushed his father to this. The video of this iconic segment earned 3.6 million views ever since March 2023 until December of that year. In a week, it coincided with Tribal Court scenario and gained 2.92 million views.
2. All is not well within The Judgment Day
Looking at their dominant standings, no one could ever doubt The Judgment Day would have internal disputes. During the build-up to and after the event of Money in the Bank 2023. The Judgment Day was not ‘stable’ enough while vying for the World Heavyweight Championship of Seth Rollins. The whole video shows Rollins’ segment with the faction, followed by Damian Priest’s match with Shinsuke Nakamura.
Rhea Ripley‘s title defense against Natalya was followed by the main event between Seth and Dominik Mysterio. In a shocking turn of events, Finn Balor implicitly cost Priest his chance to cash in his contract. The video initially had a slow start, gaining 2.15 million views in the first week of its upload. But later in the half-year, it ended up with 4.1 million views in total.

It was the iconic theme song that not only generated rumors but also broke records in WWE. The earth-shattering ‘one-off’ appearance of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on SmackDown was highly shocking. The People’s Champ had come down with Pat McAfee and had his little segment in WWE after four years.
Rocky laid down the SmackDown on Austin Theory and put down ‘The Now’ of WWE, who disrespected the WWE Universe. This moment was viral enough to have earned the most eyeballs on the weekly shows by 2023. In the first seven days, 5.5 million views were bestowed on The Great One’s full segment. To close the year, the video gained a total of 7.3 million views.
